Basecare attended the 3rd Pujiang Reproductive Medicine Forum & IFFS Symposium
On June 18th, 2017, the “3rd Pujiang Reproductive Medicine Forum” and “IFFS International Reproductive Symposium”, hosted by Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and The International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital of China welfare institute, were successfully concluded in Shanghai. The participants listened to the lectures of reproductive experts from home and abroad and had a further understanding of the new clinical progress and future research directions of reproductive medicine.
The forum attracted physicians and graduate students in the field of assisted reproductive from all over the country and worldwide. The academic atmosphere in the venue was super strong. The first PGS product to receive special approval for innovative medical devices
Under the active promotion of Basecare, the standardization Management Center of the State Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) defined the PGS test kit as class-III medical device for management, and the pre-implanttation genetic testing for aneuploidies (semiconductor sequencing method) independently developed by Basecare, passed the review of the Medical Device Technology Review Center of the State Food and Drug Administration on May 13th, 2016, becoming the fist PGT–A product to receive special approval for innovative medical devices.
